Officers reports: ...
Seneschal: I have helped spread the word fame of our area. I gave gifts of my home brewed ginger ale to Their Majesties, and all the coronets at Honey War. Grumpy John, Kalen, and I traveled to visit our cousins in the Shire of Rivers Bend. I brought prestige to our area by winning the non-alcoholic category of the brewing competition at Honey War. And I won first place in the Thrown Weapons competition at William Tell. I received a gift of garb from a former member of the Barony who retired from the game, and have been trying to find new homes for them. A few have been rehomed, and anything that does not find a home will go into our Gold Key collection. not expensive wedding collections for maternity bride
Herald: nothing to report
Exchequer: no money to cheque. dancing show 9/19 7pm will be on radio 9/14 8 am to discuss it
A&S Minister: took a class on cartridge pleating, a&s to be announced
Chatelaine: working on PowerPoint possible demos in schools and nursing homes have a new 14'x14' pavilion we can use. Still trying to contact the person that contacted Volk.

Activities report:
Monthly Gathering: 1st Wednesday of the month at Sam Benn Park 5 pm to 8 pm
A&S Day: 3rd Saturday of the Month, at Tamsin's noon to 5 PM.
Rapier practice: Every Thursday from 5:00 to 8 at Hoquiam library,
YAC practice: waiting on background check
Dance Practice: 2nd Thursday of the month 5 to 7 at the Hoquiam Library,
Archery Practice: Nothing happening due to Tamsin's absence most of last month.

Old Business:
Progress of Canton Status: waiting to hear back when the populace polling will be. Sheri, Kimi, and Shawn will do charter.
Ongoing Largess: looking for donations, Kimi and Shawn took class on largess.
Awards recommendations: waiting on Master Eric to write up something on writing recommendation letters.
International talk like a pirate day: Not enough time to put anything together.

New business:
Honey War: Shawn contemplating putting in a bid, lots of possibilities for sites.
