So for the last couple weeks I'd been having weird symptoms like stomach aches and tightness in my chest. I figured the tightness was some sort of anxiety, but after last night I finally realized that I've been in some sort of state of panic and just fully noticed. Unfortunately, now that I keep noticing it's hard to not be relieved when my breathing, heart rate, and lightheaded feeling all right themselves and that just starts everything over again.
